Well school has officially started, and Myllie is so excited. We went today and met her teacher and saw her classroom, went on a tour of the school, met the Principle, we were shown where Myllie's needs to line up every afternoon. It was alot of fun. So today was more of an orientation, tomorrow will be the day she gets to go all by herself :-( Our little Myllie is in school!! We just can't believe how time has flown. Her teacher seems really nice. Myllie loved her first day of Kindergarten.....with Scott and I close by. I liked that they did this for the first day....kind of a little transition day. Myllie has been with me everyday all day long for 5 years. Personally I think it is going to be harder on me than it will be on her. We are so proud of Myllie!!
Ethan wanted to be in the picture too......

Outside her class room......

Myllie and Daddy in her classroom......

Myllie already has a friend in her class. This little girl is also in her primary class......Yeah!!!

Myllie had so much fun on her first day of Kindergarten. She can't wait to go back tomorrow.

Myllie looks so cute. It must weird with out your baby at home! I know it took me some adjusting. That's great that she loves it so much. We should live it up, cause you know in a few years they won't be rushing to that school bus in the morning!
Yeah for Myllie! Kindergarten is such a big step for her... I am sure she will do great. Just remember that its only for a few hours a day, next year will be more of a challenge.
Myllie looks Adorable and so grown up. I agree with you on it being harder on you than her. I would be the same way.
That pic of her and her little friend holding hands is so Cute!!!!!
Oh how fun, first day of kindergarten. Good luck on the big adjustment, i'm sure you'll do great and Myllie will love making new friends.
Look at how grown she looks walking down that hall. Laurel starts preschool next week for only 1/2 a day and 3 days a week and I'm already having panic attacks. Shouldn't I be excited?!?
Congratulations on making it to the public school stage! I'm trying to figure out who Myllie is holding hands with-somebody in her primary class? That's nice she already has a friend.
