Lazy Weekend

Well we didn't do anything really exciting over the weekend. We were all pretty lazy and just relaxed. I think the major thing we did was secure our lot so we can start building our new house....Yeah!! We will be going down to Utah in the next couple weeks, to pick out colors and carpet..etc. We are so excited and soooooo ready to be done with the military!! Myllie and even Ethan talk about our new house. They are more excited that we will be by Grandpa's and Grandma's and lots of cousins than they are about the house. December can't come soon enough!! :-)
Myllie and Ethan were playing outside and wanted to show us their new tricks....They thought this was the coolest thing ever!! Myllie would swing from side to side and Ethan just back and forth...They are too funny, and easily entertained.

Ethan made a nice mess with his pudding....and was very proud of himself....LOL We tried a new Hair Do on Myllie...This one was our own creation. A little braid into an upside down ponytail.....Pretty easy and very cute!So all in all we had a lazy and relaxing weekend which both Scott and I needed. It is only Monday and already I can't wait for the weekend. :-)

Kim, You are pretty amazing with Myllie's hairdo's! I really need to come and get some lessons. I tried doing some on Laurel's hair and they just weren't turning out. She would laugh and say, "mommy, I look silly!" Anyway, it was a great bonding time with her.

Okay, next time I come VT you need to demonstrate how to do these adorable hairstyles! Congrats on buying the lot, although that means you REALLY ARE leaving Mt. Home-sad for us but great for you. :)

CONGRATS on your new house!!!! I am very Excited for you. Picking out colors was so fun for me except for trying to pick out the exterior.

I had no clue and trying to picture it done was so hard. I kept wondering if it would all look good together.

So we took the easy route and chose a house that they had already built and copied all of their colors and stone. That made it so much easier!
