Happy Birthday....To Me!

Yesterday was a nice day! It would have been a great day if I hadn't worked, Scott tried to make it as special as he could with a bunch of toddlers running around. He had to most beautiful flowers delivered (while he was gone) it was such a surprise, I didn't see it coming. He also ordered a very yummy Reese's Peanut Butter Cake from Cold Stone. He is the most wonderful husband! He helped me with the Day Care kids and even held the newborn (during a crying fit) so I could eat lunch. I appreciate all he does for me and love him so much! Here are my Gorgeous Birthday Flowers!
Here is my Birthday Cake, I think I am going to do more cakes from Coldstone, it was really good!
Even though it was a little hectic, I had a pretty good day! I have a wonderful family and great friends who all let me know they loved me and hoped I had a wonderful day!

Scott and I have had the same table since the beginning of our marriage. After all the moves and numerous Day Care projects, two broken chairs and lots of tape we decided it was time to buy another table. My little sister Sam had let us borrow their table chairs while they were living with us. They moved out awhile ago so it was time to give them their chairs back. I love our new table!! It is big, has six chairs, and I love the color!
This table has a leaf so we could actually fit eight chairs around it. I don't think we will be outgrowing this table anytime soon. Scott and I always have a few projects going on at any given time. One of the big projects we had was organizing the garage and making room for a second car, that we will hopefully be getting next year. I should have taken some before pictures, anyway we have it all finished except Scott's work bench that will be finished in the next couple days. I will post pictures of our now pretty garage soon. Thank you all for the wonderful Birthday Wishes!

Grandpa's turning 80!

For my Grandpa's 80th Birthday, his children (my mom and her siblings) decided to put together a scrapbook (shhhh...it's a surprise). Each of his children along with all their children were asked to make a scrapbook page of their family on one side, and a memory you have of him on the other. I Love to scrapbook so I was very excited. This last weekend my family got together and put our pages together. Here is ours....
A friend of mine took us to Salem pond and snapped a few photo's of us since we haven't been able to get a new picture taken yet. I love how the ones of Myllie & Ethan turned out.
I liked this one of me and Myllie
We are hoping to have some professional pictures taken soon. But for this project these turned out great. My Grandpa Terry is a wonderful man, and I am so grateful to be his granddaughter. I Love You Grandpa, Happy Birthday!

No Training Wheels

Ethan got a bike for his birthday about a month ago. For two straight days he talked about nothing but taking off his training wheels. This is his very first bike so I though that maybe towards the end of the fall he would be a pro with no training wheels. Scott took off his training wheels and started practicing with him.
He started getting the balance down and was doing pretty good! Instead of putting his foot down so he wouldn't fall, he would fall very dramatically. It was kind of funny to watch.
Myllie was having fun doing tricks, so show Ethan just how easy riding a bike is.
Ethan fell a few times, he was a trooper. He did very well for his first day of practicing.
Looks like he will be a pro much earlier than expected. Way to go Ethan!!
